Tasting Note: Some weight in the mouth, light acidity, an aromatic flavour from the Arinto, with a long, harmonious finish. Aroma: A fine aroma with notes of apricot and a touch of lime. Colour: Pale Yellow.
Alcohol Content 12.5%. Grape Varieties: Arinto 65%, Antão Vaz 35%. Ideal Drinking Temperature: Between 8ºC and 9ºC.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Grilled or baked fish and salt cod dishes.
